The Roma Café building was built by the Marazza Family in 1888. It served the vendors and farmers of Eastern Market, and officially became Roma Café in 1890. The restaurant remained in the Marazza family until it was entrusted to Chef Pelino in 2017. Since then, the property has been revitalized, and its new owner continues to hold fast to the traditions and high standards of its founding family.
