OUR STORY: The Evolution of Swift Results Glute Factory 

Mark and Liz, the owners of Swift Results Glute Factory in Troy, MI and Tampa, FL and parents of Maxwell and Violet, have been into fitness forever. It’s a lifelong passion for the both of them. Mark has always been an athlete and learned many varied and effective workouts and coaching strategies due to him being surrounded by good coaches and leaders growing up. These experiences helped shape him as a coach/trainer today.

Owning a fitness establishment evolved from a dream into reality in 2002…in their 200 ft garage space…because that’s what they could afford during that time. It wasn’t much, but it worked for them to start out on this adventure that was in store. Nothing was stopping their crazy dream becoming small business gym owners. Liz saw firsthand Mark’s passion and dedication to the small clientele he did have at the time. He landed a huge deal with strength and conditioning a high school football player and he put his heart and soul in that athlete. They’d go to every one of his football games and Mark transformed Mike into a pretty amazing football player. His skills and confidence grew as a football player that season. Mike even ended up pursuing a degree in strength and conditioning influence. Mark continued training clients in his garage gym, gaining more and more skill and confidence as a trainer.

Swift Results grew and they were able to open up a fitness facility training clients, and even though it was in a less than ideal location with stray cats and junk cars all around, and only a 1,000 sq. ft space, they made it work. Even throughout, they continued to increase their clientele and business continued to skyrocket. They realized firsthand that trainers are not a dime a dozen. If you are skilled they will come. Word will spread. They aren’t coming for a trainer. They are coming to train with YOU. In this case, clients from all over were coming to train with Mark Swift no matter where he was. They continued to GROW and left that location into the fully equipped 2400 sq. ft Rochester Rd. location and the rest is history. They are even excited and PROUD to announce the expansion of Swift Results Glute Factory Tampa opening mid June 2021. They are looking forward to this expansion, so they will be able to help transform even more lives, confidence, and booty’s. Throughout their journey they have realized the following key components to success:
