FOR COUPLES HOSTING a sit-down dinner reception, planning the seating chart can be a daunting task — but your guests will be none the wiser when you guide them to their assigned tables with a creative escort card that also doubles as a memento of your special day. From tiny, plantable trees to copper Moscow mule mugs, metro Detroit couples are finding charming ways to help guests to their tables. One local couple even used their place cards as a sweet way to help tell their love story: The groom proposed on the famous “Love Lock” bridge in Paris, so the escort cards were tied to vintage keys.
